Beginners-"Vocabulary" - 2
SECOND TEN CATEGORIES
Children are learning words every day, but, do they use them when they are having conversations with you? This program will help the child memorize and use words in phrases and sentences for 10 different category groups. We assume children know what to do with everything in their environment but that is not always the case. Let's make sure they have an understanding and clear expectations on the use and purpose of objects around them.
- The child will learn strategies to maintain attention to a task from beginning to end
- The child will learn a strategy that will allow him/her to memorize faster and easier.
- The child will learn to name 200 noun words in a very fun and creative way.
- The child will learn to describe an object with complete phrases or sentences.
Your own environment!
You will need whatever you have in your own space, teach a child using real objects as possible.
Objects
You will see I use miniatures and toys for the steps, however, I strongly suggest you use real objects in your environment.

I offer pictures of the items I have found to be most common for children, however, please feel free to change these for the ones in your environment.

There are many ways to obtain objects and information!
This program will guide you with creative ways to obtain the information and objects you will need to teach each step and each category. It is presented in an easy and fun way that children might manage themselves!
Please make note:
You will need to finish the Vocabulary-1 program before starting this one. However, you can complement this Vocabulary-2 program teaching functions of objects and category groups with the "Attributes" and The "Categories" programs
