What is Simple Steps 4 Learning?

The “Simple steps 4 learning” programs were developed slowly but steady with hard work for many years. They have been written in books, they have been used by counted families and they have been successful.

Many years ago, I used to give 4 hour sessions to families that traveled a long way to receive personal guidance. That was what we had. They returned home to try these steps on their own. I admire every and each one of those parents, caregivers and grandparents that chose to use time nd effort to help a child.

My life turned around and so did technology. I found myself emerged in the task of learning new software programs and editing courses to be able to share my programs to every single caregiver interested in helping a child succeed at an early age. I have stepped out of my own comfort zone and have dedicated intense hours to develop and create home videos including real children in real home and school environments.

I chose two amazing "twin" brothers and started from step one of program one with them. They were for sure an exciting adventure when discovering their differences of personality and learning styles. The programs were still introduced exactly the same to both. The results have been astonishing, while observing how each one took their own route, however, ending with almost same results is encouraging.

At times I feared that these boys would notice the differences, but they absolutely did not, so I didn’t pay attention to it either and continued teaching each one with their own skills. You now have the availability of watching their progress while following the steps with your own child. Always compare your child with him/herself and never to any other child. We are all unique and have our own pace and rhythm.

Start now! Time is precious!

TEACH THE CHILD!

Parents and caregivers are carefully focused on making sure their child is learning academic subjects and skills; I agree, learning colors, shapes, numbers and letters is important but...

please consider this: are we also helping our children acquire skills to be effective conversational partners? Are we helping them understand the consequences of undesired behaviors?

Are we also focusing on, improving their emotional intelligence?. Are we helping them with "executive functions" when knowing what to pay attention to, where to start and end an activity and how to maintain focus?

Let's remember the importance of treating each child as a whole human being, with desires, needs, responsibilities and privileges.

Children are stimulable for many skills at an early age, they can learn much faster than when they are older. I start at age 18 months -3 years old and finish the programs before they are 7 years old.

If you discover the child has difficulties and you want to initiate these “Simple steps 4 learning” at a later age?, please do! just beware, that the focus might be on how to break habits; if you are patient and want to give this person an opportunity, these programs are for you! I have initiated my programs with special needs students even at age 35 and progress has been made!

Through playing and teaching with the “Simple Steps 4 Learning”programs you will feel relief watching a child acquire skills much needed to engage spontaneously in a variety of communicative intents with meaning and knowledge.

Simple Steps 4 Learning” are programs with “hands on activities”. To be ready to start the "Simple Steps 4 Learning” programs, all a child needs, is to have "cause-effect" skills and motivation for something he/she wants.
